Specializing in Pelvic Health and Wellness
Natura Physical Physical Therapy is a unique physical therapy practice that bridges the gap between traditional medical care and alternative health and wellness. By combining the best of evidenced based therapies, with our deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and holistic health practices, we are often able to help patients with complex conditions that have not fully responded to traditional medical care.
Under ideal conditions, our body has an innate ability to heal after injury or illness. Unfortunately, there are many factors in our current life experience that make this natural healing more challenging. Our environment, genetics, past experiences, social supports and lifestyle are just some of the things that can either enhance or hinder healing. At Natura Physical Therapy, we do not use preset treatment plans or protocols. We work with each individual to determine the best approach for their specific needs and goals.
Aline has been treating patients with pelvic dysfunction and chronic pain scince 1998. She is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner through Herman and Wallace. She has degrees in both Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy, as well as extensive advanced training in pelvic rehabilitation, functional nutrition, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, somato-emotional release, neural mobilization, manual lymphatic drainage and dry needling.
