Natura Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health is not contracted with any health insurance companies. This allows us to provide high quality, individualized treatment plans, and allows you flexibility and control over the care your receive. Depending on your particular insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for some or all of your care. We will provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) for each session that contains all the required information to submit for reimbursement. Please see the insurance worksheet in the FAQ section.
New Client Initial Evaluation

Follow-up Sessions
Standard 1 hour $175
Pre-natal and Peripartum 1 hour $155
